# Who can create the pools?

### Who can create a pool?

* The Blue-Chip Pools are officially created by Kyoko team with all parameters, and the qualification of the subsequent Blue-Chip Pools is decided by Dao votes
* The Shared Pool is officially created by Kyoko team with all parameters, and the emerging NFT collections will share the LP in Shared Pool, the NFT collections supported by the Shared Pool are decided by Dao votes.

### DAO Voting

Kyoko‘s DAO governance could propose a vote to change the parameters of any pool by community voting. The DAO's voting decision shall be final
